Lindsey Fiske Thompson, M.S.

Director of Strategy & Resources, Partner


Lindsey Fiske-Thompson joined Weatherly Asset Management in 2014 to advance the firm’s commitment to delivering a premier client experience and became a Partner in 2019. She plays a central leadership role across talent management and employee experience, information security, compliance, finance, and strategic planning, helping the partner team guide the firm’s operational excellence and long-term growth.

Lindsey brings a diverse background spanning 14 years in biotech and pharmaceutical operations, where she held executive support roles in investor relations, IT, human resources, discovery, and compliance, along with five years as a small business owner providing IT and organizational support to high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Conservation with a minor in Spanish from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s degree in Enterprise Risk Management from Boston Universityff, with continued education in human resource management and web development.

Since joining Weatherly, Lindsey has led significant initiatives that have modernized and strengthened the firm, including a complete overhaul of its technology infrastructure, firmwide digitization efforts that improved productivity, and the development of a robust cybersecurity program and playbook. She has played a key role in scaling the business through major system transitions, enhancing compliance programs during regulatory audits, and ensuring business continuity through a seamless transition to remote work during the pandemic. She has also strengthened the firm’s talent pipeline and reduced recruiting costs through strategic college outreach programs.

Lindsey is a dedicated working mother of two active teenagers and was a lifelong caregiver to her late mother. She enjoys running, paddling, music, cooking, and crafting.
